We like a lot the idea of outing all our phones in paper, but often we receive the book with paper problems, like defects in the printing or the cover is damaged. I would only suggest to be more careful with the delivery package 

Damage package 

I had my 4th baby in 2020 during COVID. I took a million photos but never did anything with them because life got in the way. I was so happy to be able to utilize Chatbooks and finally make the baby of the family a photo book. I love the fact that I can combine photos in collages and the classic books offer a larger number of pages per book. My now 5 year old is elated to finally have some photo albums that belong to him. ❤️

I love how easy it is to make a book. I am still learning what I need to do to make the books better. Cropping and lighting the photos first before I put them in the book. ( I have never figured out your cropping thing)

I've been making books with Chatbooks for at least 10 years now. I love my books. The app is so user friendly and the books come out looking amazing. My kids love looking at them and reminiscing about all the fun adventures we go on.

Beautiful Book

Loved the quality of the photos. Only thing I wish is that there was a way to choose multiple photos in the book to put in the collage at once. It is so time consuming to keep clicking on a photo block, choose photo within book, and then do this 6 times. Also, I wish the dates are posted when I go back to choose my photos.Besides these, I love Chatbooks. I’ve been using this for 5 years now.

Grandma’s “go to” memory book

I really liked how easy it was to create a memory book. However, I was disappointed that there wasn't a way to add more than one photo to a page, nor could I find a way to add text to the pages. Overall, I was pleased with the quality of the book, but thought $40 was a lot for a softcover book.

Proud Grandparents

I love this book! My Mother-In-Law went on a cruise with us in July, was diagnosed with cancer in August and went downhill fast and passed away and went home to be with the Lord in October. So so so fast. We got this book to memorialize that last trip with her and her grandsons and us and it is perfect. Holds up to tears and all.

We love Chatbooks photo books! I’ve ordered both softcovers and hardcovers, and each one is excellent quality and holds up to regular use. This review is specifically for a 6 by 6 hardcover photo books and it’s turned out great! The photos printed out with good coloring and clarity, and it will be a book that our family cherishes.

I love using these booklets to preserve my favorite baby photos as keepsakes for when my children are older. The customer service has been wonderful! My only suggestion would be to add more template options for photo collages.

Chatbooks makes memory-keeping effortless!

This was my first Chatbook, and I wasn’t sure how it would turn out since I used very old, grainy photos from my flip phone camera days! It actually turned out great. The book feels very high quality and will I’m sure last a lifetime!

Great to quality 

I love my book but somehow a title (which I probably did) got on the front page resulting in my grandson's head being cut off. That was disappointing to me. I have tried to reach out a couple different way to see if this could be reprinted at no cost but have not been successful. Usually everyone is so helpful. I figured it was not to happen. Thank you. 

Review of my Summer 2025 book

This is working great on my new iPad which I prefer to my phone. Being able to use my IPAD with Chatbooks is a game changer.

Making a photo book is so easy. I have 15 to 20 books that I’ve made in the past few years. The grandkids love looking at them and so do I. Such a great way to always have the memories in these photo books! Very simple to do.

Sharing memories with friends and family 

I made a CD for my mom so this is supposed to be like the deluxe CD booklet that goes with it. I was really worried about how the order of the pages was gonna go because some of the images were landscape both pages would be one wide image, but those printed perfectly. I was really impressed and excited I didn’t have to reorder or complain. 

The only thing I didn’t like was not being able to do a back cover, so the image I designed for the back cover I had printed on the last page. 

I was super frustrated with tons of other websites trying to design my own book being too glitchy or insanely expensive. It was a breath of fresh air being able to make this entire thing so easily just with my phone even with a few features missing. 

I made my mom a CD booklet 

I love chatbooks for creating the memory/baby books I'd never have time for otherwise. I make one for each of my children after their birthdays to capture the previous year. They love to look through their books, new and old, and remember all of the fun and adventures we have had.

Super easy process! I love that the photos automatically sort by date if you want - it’s motivating for me to go through my camera roll and get caught up on past years that don’t have a book!

I love the books - they are very easy to make and it presents a great history if the events in her life.  As she has gotten older, I don't have 30 photos each month, so I prefer the current set up.  My friends love looking at them, as does  my family and my granddaughtet!

Keep the Classic books

I have loved making Chatbooks for each of my grandchildren’s birthdays. This keeps a yearly memory or history for them. Chatbooks is easy to make. I have done this for several years. 

The book was fairly easy to create and I was satisfied with my order. The reason I did not give it 5 stars was because it took a very long time to be delivered.

It used to be so easy and intuitive to make chatbooks but now every time I make one and I make a chatbook several times a year, it changes and it isn't intuitive. 

Please stop making it more complicated

Super easy

I had been looking for a way to print photos of my daughter's first year. I tried one or two other auto load books and they just seemed like so much work. I just don't have the time. I tried ChatBooks and it was really easy. I had to jump on my PC to fix a few pictures that were low res but other than that it was great. I immediately signed up for a subscription for 4 books a year to continue my daughter's journey.

Amazing Photo Book

What I dislike is sometimes I find the site, tricky or difficult to figure out as an older person.  My book before this I was able to change the cover.  This time I was short on time and it was not obviously easy for me to do this cover change so I didn't. Overall I was very happy with the outcome of the book.

I am so thankful that there is a company and app out there like Chatbooks. It makes creating monthly photo albums with captions so easy and time saving. It also is very affordable! My two and a half year old son loves looking at all of the photo books since he was born. It is a very special family keepsake to pass down through generations to come also.

I ordered two albums. They were easy to put together online and the quality of print/paper was good. I went with the smallest square size, and they look lovely - light and easy to pack or mail in an envelope. I think my family members will enjoy them.

GREAT LIL’ BOOKS FOR LIL’ HEARTS

Like all chatbooks, this was convenient and easy to make. It's a great way to remember our trip. I sometimes have issues moving photos around and I wish there was some sort of reminder to name your book before you publish. It wasn't obvious and now my printed book is titled My Book along the spine instead of the trip and date.
But overall, good quality way to keep memories.
