What Happens If I Don't Switch My Series to a Subscription?

If you're an original Series subscription customer, here's what you need to know about the switch to our new subscription product offerings (so you can keep printing your memories!).
Chatbooks Series customers can continue using their Series as usual until July 31, 2024. After that date, your Series will be frozen. Here's what that means:
- While your books will continue to be created with your automatic photo source (Instagram, Facebook, iPhone Favorites), you won't be able to print new books
- You'll still have access to the Volumes you've already printed and can print additional copies of those
To resume printing new books and keep your Series active, please update your billing plan to remove its "Frozen" status.
If you want to continue to order Chatbooks that are not tied to a subscription, we offer Classic Photo Books, Yearbooks, and Layflat book options.
