All Chatbooks Products take up to 5 business days to process, print, and complete. Once your photo books are ready to ship, the amount of time it takes to arrive in your mailbox depends on the shipping method.

• Standard Shipping: 6 business days in transit (plus 3-5 business days to print)
• Premium Shipping: 3 business days in transit (plus 3-5 business days to print)
• Express Shipping: 1-2 business days in transit (plus 3-5 business days to print)

Please note that occasional postal delays may occur, and although these are beyond our control, we're committed to working closely with you to resolve any issues that may arise. For Standard shipping packages, if you still haven't received your photo book within 18 business days from the date shipped, write to Support and we can look into this for you. You can email support@chatbooks.com for help, or live chat through the Chatbooks app.

You can also find your order's ETA in the Chatbooks App by going to the "My Books" tab of the Chatbooks menu, clicking on the Account Settings icon in the upper right-hand corner, and clicking on "Order History." There, it will show your latest Order with the order time frame and an estimated delivery date.

On the website, you can find the ETA for delivery by logging into your Chatbooks account, and clicking on the Account Settings Icon in the top menu. Click "Order History" to view the Estimated Delivery Date on your recent order(s).
