Welcome to Chatbooks! We’re so happy you’re here. As a new Monthbooks or Monthly Minis subscriber, we want to help preserve your precious memories. Learn how to make your first subscription photo book with these helpful tips:

Getting Started with Your Subscription

To start creating your beautiful photo books, you'll need to download the Chatbooks mobile app, available for both iOS and Android devices.

With the Chatbooks app, you'll have easy access to all your photos, allowing you to effortlessly select and organize them within your books.

How to Add Photos to Your Book

Your Monthbook holds 30 pages minimum and a maximum of 60 pages.

How to Change the Title of Your Book

If you have the 5x7 Monthbook subscription, you can edit the title of your Monthbook to something different, for example, you can change it to “Summer Fun,” “Our Beach Trip,” or leave it with the month/year on the cover.

If you have a 5x5 Monthly Mini subscription, the title on the cover is not editable. It will show the month and year on the cover. Want to change it? Contact us to help you upgrade to 5x7" Monthbooks.

How to Send Your Subscription Book to Print

Once your Monthbook has a minimum of 30 pages, it can be sent to print. Read on to learn how to print your new Monthbook:

Can I Change the Start Date of My Subscription?

Once you subscribe to our Monthbooks, the subscription starts with the previous month automatically.

For example, if you subscribed in August 2024, your first credit will go on your July 2024 Monthbook.

Want to start your subscription on a different month? No problem! Contact our Customer Support and we can help adjust this for you.

How Much Time Do I Have to Print My Subscription?

Once you are issued a new credit for a Monthbook, you have 13 months to redeem the credit if your subscription remains active.

If you cancel your subscription, you’ll have 90 days to redeem the credit from when you canceled it.

How Do I Make a Collage in My Subscription?

You can add a two-photo collage to the 5x7" Monthbooks.

If you have a Monthly Mini, the collage feature is not available.

How Do I Make a Text Page in My Subscription?

Text pages are a great way to add more details about your photos in your Monthbook, or to journal something special that recently happened.
