How to DIY a Fall Photoshoot with Your Baby
Simple ideas for super cute memories.
It's no surprise that you want to capture every moment—and every season—with your baby. And while they can't drink a PSL yet, you can still savor autumn with your little one (especially while they're tiny fingers and toes are so stinking cute).
They're growing fast, and we want to relish every moment—and that includes a DIY Fall Photoshoot with your baby!
These easy, at-home fall photoshoot ideas are perfect to add as the cover of your next subscription photo book, or to add to a Classic Photo Book with multiple pages dedicated to how cute your baby looks wearing a scarf.
Hang a white sheet over a crib or a couch to create your backdrop. You can add traditional autumnal items, like fake (or real!), colorful leaves.
Next, you can either hang (or tape to the white sheet backdrop) other leaves to set the scene.
Now, just set your baby on the floor and starting taking pictures!
For this next idea, grab your pumpkin props for another cozy vibe (make sure you've draped a white sheet over a crib or couch, like the first example).
You can add pumpkins of different shapes, sizes and colors! And if you have any autumnal-inspired clothing for baby, make sure you pop 'em in those, too.
Opt to add a banner, like the "pumpkin" one in this example, or any other fun props, like carved jack-o'-lanterns, wreaths and more.
Just set baby on the floor and start taking photos, capturing all those cute and candid moments.
ViolĂ ! You'll have so many adorable, fall-inspired photos of baby you won't be able to choose which is your favorite. Whether you're adding them to your subscription photo books, or printing a Classic Photo Book with all the shots from your shoot, you'll be happy you took the time to take photos of your ever-growing little one!
