How often will I need to post?
2-3 times per month on Instagram or TikTok.
How do I ensure my post is valid?
Tag @chatbooks in all posts and use the hashtag #ChatbooksAmbassador.
How often will I be paid? And how?
Payments are typically made one week after the eligible month has ended, and are paid via PayPal.
When do I receive my monthly credit?
On the 28th of each month, your Chatbooks credit will automatically be added to your Chatbooks account.
What products do I need to start?
We'll provide you with enough Chatbooks credit to create 1 Classic Photo Book and 3 Hardcover Monthbooks.
Does my credit roll over each month?
Yes, your credit will roll over and will automatically apply at checkout.
Do I need to enter my credit card information to create a subscription?
Yes, you will need to enter your payment information (our system does not allow any exceptions to this rule), but your monthly credit will always be used before using your personal payment method.
Why did I not receive monthly credit?
Ambassador monthly Chatbooks credit is capped at $75, so you'll need use your credit in order to receive $50 each month!
Can my Ambassador code stack with other coupon codes?
We are unable to stack coupon codes at this time.
What's the difference between your ambassador program and your affiliate program?
Our ambassador program is for content creators who want to share their love for Chatbooks with their followers, and our affiliate program is geared toward partnerships with publishers, websites, blogs and larger-scale accounts. You can find more details on our affiliate program here.
