How do I get rewarded?

When should I expect rewards?

You will receive your reward(s) via email within 24 hours of posting. Please check your spam folder before reaching out.

Can I get rewarded on any other social platforms?

While we encourage you to share on other platforms, we are only offering rewards for Instagram and TikTok at the moment.

How many posts does an Instagram Story series count for?

An Instagram Story series counts for 1 Instagram story towards your total goal.

Can I be rewarded for a TikTok Story?

At this time, we are only offering rewards for in-feed TikTok posts.

What if I didn't receive my reward?

How do I ensure my post is valid?

Make sure you are posting from a public account, tagging the correct brand and following the post guidelines. Check the post guidelines above for details.

What's the maximum amount of credit I can earn?

You may earn a maximum of $35 in Chatbooks credit per month ($15 in credit for either one Instagram Reel or in-feed post, $15 in credit for one TikTok post and $5 in credit for one Instagram Story).

Can I post my Chatbooks Mini Movie and receive credit?

Yes! You may share your Chatbooks Mini Movie and receive credit, if you are still eligible to receive rewards.

I'm not sure what to post. Can you help?

You can post photos of your family looking through your memories, how you style your photo books in your home, or even your Chatbooks Mini Movie!
